I am Inez. I say yes to change and no to most of what is sold as it.

In 2018 I was asked, more or less by accident, to help a former banker in real-estate investment implement machine learning. I saw with my own eyes what was possible. I stayed — in the implementation side of AI, the part where a model has to work on a Tuesday for people who did not ask for it. I learned a great deal about what AI can do and where it fits. And I drew a conclusion about myself: I do not fit the corporate world.

So in 2025 I gave myself one year to learn everything I could about AI. I did. I built a digital twin of myself. I built a working, AI-driven product that has since been sold and is now in its final phase. While that runs its course, I built this platform — because I was introduced to this world by chance, I understand how an AI works, and I want to hand that on.

What I noticed, in myself first: people open an AI the way they open a search engine — type a question, read an answer, feel nothing. Then they conclude the tool is overrated. The tool is not the problem. The absence of an agreement is: what it is for, what it may touch, what done looks like. That sentence is the whole method. Everything on this site is a way of getting it into your hands.

The yes

Yes to setting one real thing up, properly, and finishing it. Yes to writing the agreement down before the first prompt. Yes to domain knowledge over technical skill — at this point the person who knows the work beats the person who knows the tool. The Lab is where the yes becomes a module, a lesson, or a blueprint for your project.

The no

No to replacement stories; they are stock-market stories. No to handing over judgement about people, liability, or anything someone pays you specifically for. No to a plan that cannot say what it refuses. The counter-voice is not a disclaimer at the bottom of the page — it is half of what I publish, and you can choose to read only that half.

How this place works

One contemplation a week, in three forms: a seed on social, an essay on Substack, a vlog on YouTube. Each ends in an act. When the act can be solved with AI, it becomes a lesson in the Lab. When you want your own project set up, there is Set It Up Right: five questions, an honest piece of advice, and — if you want it — the Blueprint. Beyond that, hours, not courses.

You were asked at the door whether you came for the yes, the no, or both, in which language, and what would make reading or listening easier. That is the only profiling here. It decides what you see first; nothing else.

What I do not do

No medical, legal or financial advice. No promised outcomes. No guru voice, no exclamation marks, no invented numbers. If a module does not do what it says, you get a repair, a replacement or your money back within one working day of telling me. If a question has become personal advice, I say so and name the price.

The role I want

Advising people on what they do and do not need, then moving on to the next thing to build. I prefer that to being attached to one assignment for two years while the subject follows me around. I am not built for two years of the same thing; I jump. Follow the Substack or the vlogs and you will see it: my head needs many different things. It also means I get introduced to new problems more often, which is where the useful ideas come from.

Where I am

The mission from 2026 is to put myself fully in a situation where I am in balance, in harmony, and entirely happy with what I do and how my life is arranged. That is what the yes and the no are about. It is the theme of 2026 and of 2027. I do not believe in total robots and I do not believe in a full takeover of humanity by AI. We are people. We need authentic elements in our lives, in how we buy, in whom we trust. You will find that authenticity front to back on this platform.
