What we keep, and why.

What we record

Your voice choice. Whether you came for the pro side, the counter-voice or both. Stored in your browser until you subscribe or buy; then on your subscriber record. It decides which contemplations reach you first — nothing else.

Newsletter. Your e-mail address, your voice choice, the date you subscribed. The essays themselves are sent by Substack under its own privacy terms; confirming there is a separate step you take yourself.

Purchases. Your e-mail address, the module bought, amount, date, the checkout reference from Wix, and your recorded choice on the right of withdrawal (including time, a hash of your IP address and your browser identifier) — this record is our legal proof and is kept for seven years under Dutch tax law. Payment details never reach us; Wix processes them.

Account. If you create an account to open your modules: e-mail, name if you give one, sign-in method.

What we do not do

No advertising pixels, no sale or rental of your data, no profiling beyond the yes/no/both choice you made yourself.

Where it lives

The site and its database run on Base44; payments on Wix; the newsletter on Substack; e-mail through Cloudflare. Each is a processor bound by its own agreement.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection — by e-mail to hello@inezsaysyes.com, answered within one month. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via Substack or by e-mail. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
