1. What you buy

AI e-learning modules: digital content delivered online, one seat per purchase, for personal use by the buyer. Access is linked to the e-mail address given at checkout. Modules are business products; prices are shown excluding VAT and the checkout states the amount including VAT. Tariffs are fixed until 7 January 2027; afterwards an annual inflation adjustment applies to new purchases only.

2. Delivery and the 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content. Before checkout you choose one of two options and we record your choice with a timestamp:

Deliver immediately. You expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. The module is delivered in full the moment it opens and is then non-refundable. Realising part-way that you bought the wrong module is not a refund ground.

Keep my 14-day right. Nothing is delivered for 14 days; during that time you may cancel by e-mail for a full refund. Access opens automatically afterwards.

Business buyers have no right of withdrawal; the purchase is final on payment.

3. If the module does not work as described

You get a repair, a replacement or — if neither is possible — a refund. We decide within one working day of your e-mail, for as long as the module is on sale. Access is available within five minutes of payment; if it is not, you may ask for a full refund.

4. Updates and retirement

Improved versions of a module you own are free. If a module is taken off sale, your access continues for at least twelve months after that date.

5. Support

Support by e-mail to hello@inezsaysyes.com. We answer within one working day; we make no promises for weekends. A repeated support question is treated as a product fault and fixed in the module, not answered twice.

6. Discounts

Your third, sixth and ninth module purchase — counted per e-mail address — is 30% off, applied automatically at checkout. The discount applies to modules only, never to hours worked by Inez.

7. Intellectual property and use

All module content is the intellectual property of the seller. You may use it for yourself; you may not resell, share access, or republish it. Nothing in a module is medical, legal or financial advice, and no outcome is promised.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Wix. The charge on your statement is made out to Elhem Guernina. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
